24 Carrot Gardens is a food education program of Material Institute, a charity based in Lutruwita/Tasmania.

We work with schools to establish kitchen gardens, where students learn to grow, cook and share seasonal food. This seed-to-plate approach builds practical skills while fostering curiosity, creativity and connection with food and one another.
